Tenant improvement and historic renovation of 7,500 square feet within a multi‑story historic building in downtown Phoenix. The project preserved existing structural elements and masonry walls while introducing new finishes, restrooms, and modern kitchen equipment.

Scope included selective demolition, openings in existing walls, and integration of structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to support restaurant operations.
