Interior tenant improvement of 21,620 square feet for office and warehouse use. The project included 2,114 square feet of office space with accessible restrooms, break area, and reception, supported by convenience power and data for a will‑call pickup zone.

The warehouse area was designed for residential and light commercial air filter storage, featuring evaporative cooling, LED lighting, emergency and exit lighting, and a high‑piled racking system with a maximum storage height of 30 feet.
